Pros

The unit does what it claims and aside from the spout lid getting stuck closed sometimes from dried sugar getting wet from hot drink vapor, it works fine. This product is effective and works as advertised. Liquid sweetener is hard to find.

Easily pours the right amount of sugar in your coffee. No more teaspoon scoops. That's an improvement over other free flowing dispensers that are hard to gage.

Cons

This is not a bad reflection on the product; it just means it's not a good fit for us. This thing is an absolute piece of *. Not happy with this purchase.

The most i could pack into the jar and still be able to get the lid assembly on was 3/4 of cup.
