Some issues are the beep it emits when the water comes to temperature

One or two beeps is sufficient it indicates on the lighted blue window on top that what the temperature is as well so it is not as if missing the beep because you are in another room will matter

What will matter is your wife or husband will tell you it keeps beeping so you have to immediately deal with it because they are annoyed

If you use it fairly infrequently you will never remember which button to press and for how long inevitably shutting it off
