Highlights
Quality
This is my first experience with sous vide, so nothing to compare it to, but this product works perfectly.
I really like the product, and it works well.
Put them in the food saver bag, suck the air out and put them in the pot with the gourmia stick for an hour at 132 degrees fahrenheit.
Price
But cooking takes a long time, and it costs electricity very much.
Packaging/appearance
Move to storage in fridgeall while keeping the milk-which became yogurt- in the same glass jars.
Competitiveness
Using a gourmia sous vide immersion cooler will make the most fabulous meals.
If your thinking of getting a sous vide machine you can't go wrong with this one.
