Pros

The gourmia gsv150 is my first sous vide circulator heater. I have a 10 gallon brew kettle that i cooked two three bone prime ribs for christmas dinner and they turned out great.

They love their gourmias, so naturally thats the one i got. Truly amazing little device. Highly recommend this product.

The packaging is simple and effective, easy to open. The display is easy to read and configure settings. Water temperature is a little off of what set on the unit, however after get the right setting will hold temp well.

Cons

Wifi connectivity only connects to 2. Ghz band. After downloading the online manual and reading to hold the power button for 5 seconds to power it on there was nothing. I am tech savvy but could never get it set up or connected.

This is unacceptable. Still irritates me about this purchase. Not happy.

It takes 3-5 attempts to trigger the timer.
