I just received this fryer and am very pleased with the food i have cooked so far.
We have used as a roaster, rotisserie, and fryer and are pleased with the food.
The size is big and i cannot open the lid when on the counter under my cabinets, so that is my only negative comment on the gourmia.
Better than the ones with the drawer that you cannot see in while cooking.
