Pros

These lights have a startup sequence when reconnecting to power where they flash red blue green. The lights can listen from either the controller (that i mentioned above) or the actual light string, and they pick up music easily and well. The app work... Read More

The app is so cool and convenient! I have to give a big shoutout to yanice over at rapid replacement for making the process so simple. The music mode isn't extremely responsive but definitely feels somewhat in sync.

The color options are pretty wide and the brightness control is a nice option. Got a compliments from neighbours the next day. I like light blue and it is like a powder blue. I prefer the “sleep’ theme, it’s a nice bluish, green, white color.

Cons

Colors are even inconsistent from diode to diode. After every 8 or so bulbs the colors are off. A few leds turn different colors than the actual scene i choose and idk why they are stuck to the ceiling and don't move.

The value you get for everything is unbelievable with the phone app.

I was skeptical bc they’re so cheap (i got 65ft) but imo they’re absolutely worth the price.

Shipping

Their customer service rep responded 3 hours later and help resolve my issue.

They were delivered super fast and arrived in perfect condition—no damages whatsoever.

I sent in a request to govee warranty claims friday at 9pm.

The product got damaged right away, however the vendor did send a replacement immediately.
