Pros
Best suited for gamers but there's plenty of creative things you can do with it. Really enhances game play imho. The kids love it while playing pc games.
It includes some highly configurable backlighting for your monitor. Easy to use and navigate.
The strip sticks flawlessly to the back of my monitor. The color matching is fairly close. My home office is a very cool lightshow. No glare or distraction.
It works perfectly. Product came boxed well. Overall good kit, it works well and looks great.
Cons
The sync box appears to only be compatible with the led light strip it comes with. Won't work with my xbox/ps5 due to it.

This is because this is the orientation the lights are going to sync so if it is not placed in this way, the sync will be way off.

I think the price for this kit is pretty good, at $70 when on sale.
Great value for the price ready and easy to set up.
Whether this is worth the money or not, is up to each individual.
I could talk about value but that's subjective.

I love that it comes with it's own lights as well so my monitor can match the rest of my lights.

Competitiveness
The color matching is excellent and i actually found it better than the camera color detection of other govee products.
0 which is disappointing because a lot of devices like xbox series x, ps5, and a lot of brand name monitors run on 2.
With the app you can sync the device with other devices by the same maker.

It does not work with the pc app which gives you the ability to customize your lighting even further

The app to control them is pretty good but i just mainly leave it on the sync option and rarely mess with it

Great purchase but my monitor would be turning off and on because the hdmi wasn’t working so i used a spare one to work

It uses the hdmi signal instead of a camera to sync leds from the back of your monitor

While i do really like this i ultimately wasnt satisfied with the outcome because my monitor isnt in a location where i get the maximum effect
