Starwars, marvel, and dc are amazing recommendations. You don't have to trip balls to enjoy these lights, it's just a recommended suggestion.

Govee continues to impress me with their innovation and commitment to quality. The product does a great job once configured properly. Also, calibrate with the lights off to get the best results.

Cons

Price-to-value is not justified at all. Don't expect much. Returning this garbage product immediately.

The light are quartered off leaving a wire for the corners. The online requirements of this device are artificially imposed, and were implemented to collect user data for sale. It defeats the purpose of a smart device if it won't stay connected.

Poor color reproduction. The leds on the strip are only rgb, there is no white led. Camera picks up the color from the tv but if there is a light near the tv or a reflection of a light on the screen the camera will register it as color.

My gripe with this product is the extremely cheap quality of the led strip itself. The adhesive is average at best. The clips they give you are worthless.
