They’re also insanely bright. It’s a more affordable way to experiment with led lighting than some other brands and i think the quality is as good if not better than some others like phillips hue.

Cons

I haven't received the new power supply yet - hopefully it's compatible. Now i have two sets of lights that flicker and buzz constantly. Buy philips instead.

Dude. What in the * is wrong with this junk? I have one other govee product that i've been fairly pleased with but again, the materials used are rather cheap. I'm not sure the price point for this brand is justified.

The colors fade in and out, at one point there's a colorless section. The lights have to mirror each other and do not sync independently in dreamview. This means you can't do stagger or stair type light designs like i had planned.

They come with 3m velcro tape and as soon as it sticks for a bit they fall off the wall. They are poorly made, they connect poorly to each other and fall off easily.

All of the govee lights are excellent, from regular lightbulbs to rope lights to led lamps

These wall lights are just fantastic very easy to setup, ease of use in the app, lots of customization

Finally, a light bar that aren't cheap led strips in a casing.

The only thing i don't like is the cords coming out of each light bar, but it's a necessary evil.

Educational value:beyond the fun and aesthetics, these lights also have an educational aspect.

That’s a reasonable price, but i wouldn’t pay full price.

It arrived quickly i just waited for the holiday season to be over to get stuff done around the house.

The colors are incredibly vibrant, the diy features are packed with potential, and it is unquestionably worth every penny.

I do have some phillips hue i bought before discovering govee but would never spend the higher price tag to go back to phillips now.
