Pros
The govee hygrometer thermometer 3-pack h5100 is the perfect blend of functionality and comedy. Set up was so easy especially with the base unit. I read a lot of reviews that stated this didn't work with their wi-fi.
They work great and easily work with alexa. The only downside is that they cannot 'push' an event to alexa. To my phone works well. Also lets me export to a csv to use data for other projects.
Easy to calibrate all 6 sensors in the system to match. These sensors are also top performers when it comes to accuracy. Its definitly accurate.
Bluetooth sensors are like the three stooges of thermometers. With their sleek and compact design, they're like a team of undercover comedians. They're silently working behind the scenes to keep you comfortable.
Cons
The battery life of the fridge is disappointing. The app is not accurate or reliable.

They can notify your phone through the govee app but that cannot trigger an action in alexa turn on a fan if temp is about xx degrees for example

It will work without the hub but through bluetooth only and that is far less useful

The aaa battery has lasted 4 months and last week i got my first notification that one sensor was under 20
