Pros

These have transformed the look off my bookcase. The rgb color options are endless, and the ability to set custom color schemes and effects. The adhesive for them has a very good strong bond which 6 months or so later is still going strong.

Easy remote controller for lighting. Bright, dim medium whichever you prefer.

Cons

Govee gave me a full refund. The connection from the controller to the actual strip is weak and had to tape it up. I had to pull the sticky stuff of the wall, which damaged the paintwork.

Honestly i can't keep track of how many of govee's products i have 😆 i have loads.

Price

Great little set of lights at a really good price.

They are very good value and work really well.

Don't let this put you off if you are looking for an inexpensive led light strip that can be controlled my the app or "smart assistants".

For the money, they are fine but they do not light the space up massively, albeit you do get more than enough light to do the job.
