Pros

These are the best outdoor lights. Brightness is perfectly fine, not sure what complaint is from prior review. The are super bright and the hook mechanism is great.

This is my 7th product from govee and they are worth every penny. Also the diffusion is amazing. Thanks govee for the assist.

The govee app is a must have for diy lighting. Once you create a diy lighting mode, it is available in the diy library for all your strings. The app is more made for the multiple light ropes and smooth color transitions.

Govee lights are easy to install and connect to an alexa or google home. The app is intuitive and easy to use. One complaint is that the lights can induce a seizure.

Cons

This is the only product in their lineup i have consistent issues with. Broke out of warranty. Their support site says warranty is handled by the retailer.

I found these lights to be extremely dim, even on the brightest setting.
