My product was not lighting up because of the bas adaptor which failed just after couple of days of installing.

Again a bit of an expense but in my situation with the 20 ft peaks i don't want to climb a ladder if the tape fails in 4 or 5 years!

Instead buy a wire stapler the $25 is 100% worth it.

Customer service is not the greatest spend that kind of money for the pro version and they don't work have the time

The first thing to do when you open the package is to throw out the hardware that came with it.
