Pros

App interface is very user friendly, but with so many possibilities for customization; i’m still finding new features and capabilities. The strips are also safe to use, with built-in overheating protection and a low voltage design.

Lights have a water resistant coating and waterproof connectors. Waterproof” designates the dimensions of the connectors.

The technology and customization abilities within their app is where these lights shine above the competition. It's really cool that they behave as a single long light strip where the lighting effects are totally seamless.

Govee’s version are a fraction of the cost, without sacrificing quality. You can cut them as long as you're mindful of what you're doing. Also its not 1 giant 65ft roll but twp 32.

Cons

It's effectively just a bluetooth strip because that's the only reliable function. I have connection issues between my phone and my gateway in my att smart home app.

The software and app is kinda buggy. It seems like all these effects are here to just give me a seizure.
