Pros

The govee home app is intuitive and easy for kids to navigate. The app allows for extensive customization. I have a nook where my desk is for working from home and hate the overhead light, and needed something to illuminate my desk.

They're lightweight and go up super fast. Installed them on the ceiling of my class a motorhome. Got these for behind my tint peel board. Add to decorating a room of outside the home a breeze!

The light strips are sturdy and well-made. The adhesive strips it comes with are strong. They use something similar to command strips to attach to the wall.

Cons

It’s very inconvenient to have to keep unplugging and replugging it in. I'm not sure the price point for this brand is justified. Returning this junk for a more suitable product.

I couldn’t even take a cherry-picked section of video that satisfied me. The lights have to mirror each other and do not sync independently in dreamview.

The light bars are attached with velcro "command like" adhesive strips that come preattached to the individual sections.

This is an especially nice feature imo since i didn't want to ruin the walls trying to remove adhesive strips later.

They are an affordable way to transform a child’s room into a vibrant, personalized space.

Educational value:beyond the fun and aesthetics, these lights also have an educational aspect.

But for the price can't be it they're great!
