Pros

Govee bulbs are great for a lamp or something else. They are dimmable and can be controlled with an app. The bulb is bright enough to fill an entire room. The app is great for managing multiple lightbulb types.

I now have a smart humidifier, 2 temperature/hygrometers that integrate with the humidifier and several smart bulbs and sockets. Works with govee app. Love the app.

They work with my alexa and i love the automation features. They are even better when you buy there other products and sync them together. Cross-functionality of their products makes them more useful.

The features you can configure such as timing for lights to turn on, off or change color is something i utilize daily. I also love the option it gives you to customize your own colors. It also hooks up to alexa so i can tell alexa to turn the light on... Read More

Cons

Govee app is substandard, unfriendly user interface, and dim setting of 1 out of 100 is still really bright. The app keeps forgetting the information i enter such as the name of each bulb. Just spend the extra money and go with phillips hue.

You basically just screw them into your light, install govee app, tap on + and search for model h6008.

I've been fighting with these damn sengled and amazon basic colored bulbs for over a year and gave up.

Price

I got it with very good discount.

A bit expensive for a light bulb but it does display lots of colors and modes.

Value wasn’t to bad considering the color and brightness they have.

Competitiveness

They integrate so easily with google home and are far less expensive than the philips hue products.

Unlike other smart bulbs i've previously purchased, these ones are far superior.

Allows for the dimming to go super low unlike other brands.

I replaced nine of them with thegovee smart bulbs.
