The app is super easy to use but the setup was a bit cumbersome. The meat is awesome. Easy to use and setup.

I smoke meats, so the 150° max temp i use is just a bump on the bottom of a 350° graph. The magnets are great for the *. I smoke quite often on our treager pellet *.

Only thing you could improve is color coded temp probes. I also wish that the temperature graphs would auto-scale. First, ice water. Second, room temp.

The battery lasts many hours. It's a great rechargeable unit! It's reasonably priced.

Update: less than 24 hours after i posted this, govee contacted me (on their own) and offered a full refund on the defective product.

Competitiveness

Price very reasonable compared to other wi-fi thermometers.

The govee website does not list this device as one of it's products.

Not a huge problem, but plenty of competing products that do the same thing much better and easier.

It’s works well and compared to my other unit is much more affordable.
