Easy to setup. Hung it in my greenhouse 3 weeks ago. They do an amazing job so i'm glad to sacrifice a little storage real estate for the peace of mind they provide.
Cons

So easy to setup, amazing features, temperature and humidity history and temperature alarms if it goes beyond your upper and lower ranges.
The notifications based on temperature works perfectly and the app itself is nice and clean with well laid out charts.
Worked great for 5 months but got wet with too much himidity and stopped working.
Bought a wifi booster fixed the issueworking fine in the beginning but it keeps disconnecting from the wifi network.

Competitiveness
I know they have other versions that do offer that now, but i'd really rather not have to buy another one.
I will be looking for this brand for other products.

They sent me a brand new item when my original item did not work as expected

We installed an amazon ups so the internet will stay up during a power failure our nest thermostat goes off line and we wanted a back up temp sensor

It was a little complicated for setup because you have to create account and update

Temperature and humid sensor have offset versus other instruments more accurate i have but it is very easy calibrate these offset on the application
