Cons

App is littered with ads, and suffers from clearly being poorly translated to english. The version that i got is a complete junk. This thing absolutely refuses to connect no matter what steps i took.

Save your money and just get the battery operated alarm sensors. I believe they are returnable. Ended up returning. Shipping it back, hope to have better luck with different brand.

My sump pump and water heater are far away in the basement. I am extremely disappointed that the only thing the manufacturer does is send me instructions on how to reconnect it to the wifi.
