It is easy to set up just download the app and pull the tab out from the battery. Connected to home assistant using built in bluetooth connectivity.
These units work fantastically well. With the current voucher offer, the price is unbeatable.
It’s perfect for when you want to gather some detailed information about a particular room. The historic readings are stored, and you can look at trends - that's really smart. This means i can log the data and also review it remotely at any time.
Cons
This otherwise excellent product comes with the worst instructions that i have ever seen. However the hygrometer side is out by a fair margin.

It works really well, and the bluetooth signal carries to the house, so i can even check the temperature without going outside.
Previously i have had xaomi monitors but found the screens seem to fail on a regular basis.
The e ink display is clear and because it’s e ink it’s not going to drain the battery as much as a standard lcd as on the xaomi.

The units still transmit their blue tooth data fine just can’t see the output
