If you want to save money, i would recommend the bt sensors.
Considering you don't have to pay for a portal, the price is okay.

The pack even comes with stickers so you can label which sensor is which on your app.
After opening the box it came in i had it set-up and was using it in less then 5 minutes.

None of the sensors were off by much but i wanted them as close as possible for my uses so i spent a few hours getting them all balanced before placing them

The main base is in a utility room on the second floor and reaches to the guest house and garage which are both detached from the house and 60100 feet

The sensors run off a battery you can replace and i havent had to change the battery yet i think you might get a year or two on a battery depending on how often you set up the sensor to refresh
