Cons
The intrusiveness of the software is unacceptable. The unit comes on, stays on and interacts with the app for about 20 seconds, and then shuts down. It's time to upgrade.

I love a good bbq, and this wifi meat thermometer is a handy gadget.

Unlike my other bluetooth probes, your phone doesn’t need to be near the bbq or smoker.

Id usually stick that in the thinnest piece of meat being cooked and then move it to the next item

Beef medium rare high high 129 you generally want to take your food off when its 510 degrees below that temperature as it will continue to cook after its off the grill
