Pros

The alarm volume is adjustable thru the app for each device. It integrates with alexa and google assistant, so i can create automations for it. Pro tip use energizer lithium batteries instead of the ones that come with.

The alarms are nice, had something similar in the past that after many years died and corroded. This offers better water pooling coverage. This one is bigger than the smartthings moisture sensor.

They work great. These are worth every penny. Tl;dr; they're fantastic and you should just buy them.

Cons

This special gateway is not available without also buying a bunch of new sensors. They support lora, which is cool, but it is the gateway, which is not included.

The high pitched alarm definitely gets your attention, and a simple press of the button will silence the alarm.

These alarms are well worth the cost!

Competitiveness

I replaced 7 of the other brand sensors with these from govee and have been super impressed so far.

I have used other govee products in the past and been very happy with them both as the performance and price.

The app also sends other push notifications for other govee devices (temperature and humidity).

I purchased these as an add-on to other units.
