There are 2 velcro straps at the waist that allow you to adjust the sizing. They have velcro straps to loosen or to make smaller.

There is a zippered pocket- very handy because my woman pants rarely have pockets for my keys. Comes in a cute mess bag to store everything together. They even have a front pocket!

Cons

The top is too wide spread, like a t-shirt with the neck cut off so it wants to drape off the shoulders. When i run it flops all over the place and you can't use the pockets otherwise the vest becomes really uncomfortable. Sizing is ridiculous.

If asked, i would recommend these to anyone who asks and being two of everything means it is easily worth the cost.
