Saved me from hemming a very full skirt. Worked out perfectly for my pinup photo shoot.

Very cheaply made - not enough material to give fullness - a waste of money.

The lining protects from the itch, i was cute and comfortable all day long.
As far as quality is concerned, the lining looks and feels similar to a girl's nightgown and does keep your legs from getting scratched.
Stretch fabric around top portion allowed me to wear it where it needed to fall (high or low on waist & hips it stayed in place).
The layer of smoother silkier material on the inside feels nice and didn’t catch on my pantyhose at all.
Price
I still think this was more than worth the money and--to be fair-- this is my very first petticoat.
Competitiveness
I’ve done that with other petticoats and it’s easy to do with a pair of sheers.

While this did add a ton of gorgeous volume to my skirt i found the waist to be an awkward length and it doesnt seem to fall quite right from the hip
