Pros

It’s not the end of the world - still way worth the price. Good value and good quality.

Inside is supposed to be a lining to protect your legs from the scratchy tulle. Keeping the netting from scratching your legs. Fabric is not itchy.

Cons

It's extremely itchy, and if you're using this for something other than a costume, i'd suggest you look somewhere else. This crinoline only has two layers of tulle, so it relies on wire in the hem for volume.
