Dress has a partial elastic waist with a sash in the back that i can put in to a bow. Half slip sewn into the dress although i'm not sure it's needed. Full skirt is very feminine and flattering with the waistband at the natural waist.
Cons
The fit is entirely unflattering. The material of the second dress i received is polyester and scratchy.

It can be worn with the waistband at the natural waist like the model in the picture or as more of an empire waist to create a more blousy top

It fit as predicted but unfortunately i am not well enough endowed for this dress and because there is ample room for a larger bust on my less than ample bust the fabric doesnt hang in a complementary way

I really wanted to keep it just because of how well made it is it is a quality piece of clothing i just didnt love the way it fit and i am returning to continue the hunt

The only real con that i have found so far is that the dress looks like its a denim dress which isnt really for me

I left mine in the dryer a bit too long and the underskirt got wrinkled and bunched up i had to hang the dress upside down from the underskirt to try and get it to unbunch which worked pretty well

When i did wear the dress i only had to adjust it occasionally and i think if i had been faster to retrieve it from the dryer i could have avoided the issue entirely

I do think this is one of the materials that if you want it truly wrinklefree and you want the cuffs to look like they do on the model and the neckline to lay flat you will have to iron it

Those cuffs and the neckline are subject to gravity and without a hot press they will fall however theyd like to after tumbling about in a dryer
