Pros

Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Quality is sturdy and the bolts screw in very well.

Trundle bed. Currently using as a toddler bed. The drawers, shelves and changing table are so convenient and smart. I love the table and drawer feature on it.

Cons

Quality control failed to ensure that the inserts were properly fastened in place. I am not mechanically challenged.

The sellers customer service is absolutely unacceptable and we have not received any updates despite trying to contact them multiple times. Graco ship pieces out that aren't manufactured properly.

Sturdy, beautiful color and husband didn’t have any trouble with putting it together.

It's advertised as convertible, which made me believe that the parts would be included.

Packaged very well, no scratches from shipping which was a plus!

Sending it back was easy but a total hassle to put it back in box to send.

It came securely wrapped and all the pieces to assemble it were labeled.

Wasn’t sure about that but looked great in her room.
