It comes unassembled, but it's not difficult to assemble with the thorough instructions included. All that is needed is a phillip's screwdriver. The wheels move easily and lock in place when needed.

This is the only one i can force my son to sit when he fights me. Height is adjustable and perfect for our table. The foot rest is adjustable which not a lot of high chairs have an adjustable foot rest.

Reclining, not possible to move the back to a straight position, a useless footrest that will never match the child's height. The mobility of the wheels are just the worst. It’s well worth it to spend another $50 on a nicer more functional chair.

Buy something else. What a scam. Returned and will purchase from a reputable store. Manufacturer claims this is a version update, but why didn't they update the instruction manual then?
