Pros
Crib is beautiful and a great value for your money. I am only 5’3” and i can easily lay my babies down even when the mattress is on the lowest setting. This crib is sturdy, easy to assemble, and worth so much more than the low price.
The only downer is that it's hard to store things under it. The look is exactly how it is pictured here as, which was another great plus. My only complaint is that i don't like seeing the screws on the sides.
Well made and converts into diff sizes for my twin grandsons. However it's still just as sturdy as it was when we first bought it. It’s very sturdy.
Cons
It converts to a day bed - without a rail. If you want to put any storage underneath the crib (say, diapers, wipes, diaper genie refills) it's near impossible to find a container to fit.

My husband put it together alone in under 30min with no swearing so that alone makes it a great crib.
Price
I think this was a great deal!
Considering the price, i was very pleased with the look of it.
This crib was half the price and even more stout because it doesn't have all the moving parts.
Other stores seem reasonably priced until you see the delivery costs $75-$100!
Shipping
Customer service sent a new one right away.
We called the manufacturer and they sent a new piece immediately and we got it in two days.
Packaging/appearance
The look is exactly how it is pictured here as, which was another great plus.
This was a amazon warehouse buy and it was in perfect shape!
While the box was rather beaten up when it arrived the crib showed no damage
I was afraid that it was going to look cheap but it actually looks like a fairly high end crib.
Competitiveness
It is very similar to our other crib but was significantly cheaper.

You dont need a conversion kit just buy a bed frame and screw it on i even used the same screws just bought new nuts for like 2 at lowes

It arrived with some some light dings and a very small chipped area on the rail but nothing big its almost unnoticeable
