Just received our convertible booster and am very pleased.

    You place the metal retainer with one end through the slot pulling downwards on the strap while at the same time lifting up on the other side under the metal retainer and it pops out

    Not only that there was no padding in that seat and i cant imagine sticking a two year old in it and it didnt look safe at all
