The integrity of these car seat straps have been worthless! I’m livid that graco isn’t willing to inform the public.

Returning this item. Lousy customer support. Not the only graco product we received that is defective. Just overall very disappointing.

Seat is barely padded. Also the infant insert is not comfortable, nor are the little neck pads. No padding at all either. It is much better padded.

Not safe for a newborn baby. Mold is harmful to anyone and can get you sick. Definitely wont be feeling comfortable to ride with my newborn.

The base straps that anchor do not tighten enough. There is no way to adjust the seatbelt so the buckles don’t dig into her thighs. The * buckle is extremely difficult to adjust to the “big kid” slot. It cuts off oxygen.
