    Every time a child was hurt it was because the car seat was installed incorrectly the child wasn’t the correct heightweight for the seat or the child was improperly restrained in the seat

    They are threaded through so you have to manually unthread and rethread them whenever you have to adjust the shoulder height for us was every couple months
