This is arguably the most valuable piece of baby gear we purchased for our newborn. It's all one piece, so you have to wash all of it when baby spits up. This is very soothing for babies and gives them wonderful support.

Cons

There is no padding, just bare bones straps and it is extremely hard to put my plucky baby down in the seat. The * strap is so tight it cuts right up between his legs! Also, my son who has reflux does better in a traditional swing.

I was extremely upset as this item was not cheap and we use it daily.

Great price for it being a 4 in 1 product.

I feel the price could be lower, but i would spend the money on one again.

I was waiting to call graco customer service because it was still within the year warranty.

Graco customer service was great, however i tried three separate motors and put thing thing together and took it apart twice.
