Only complaint is there is no much adjustment for the seat belt. The latch system buckles for rear facing are a clip that you must use your thumb to open (kind of like a carabiner); whereas, it is a clip with a button to open it on the slim fit.

The adjustable head rest and incline are perfect as i have multiple grandchildren that i take turns taking care of. As first time parents, that is huge and makes it less overwhelming.

Maybe ours is a fluke? Arrived with an awful smell. Washed the stuff and aired it out. Company seems to be run by some incompetent fools!

Anchor strap is terrible. Even when installed is unsafe. Other obnoxious oversights.

The seat belt is always uneven and it's very hard to adjust. It is much more secure with the seatbelt however the top strap is now in the way. Also where the seat belt feed through channel is it is hard to get through and almost doesn't reach the buck...  Read More

When he sleeps his head falls exaggeratedly to the front, completely twisting his neck. His lower body looks slouched and then the headrest makes his chin sit on chest.
