    I most probably will not use them as ankle straps i got them as wrist straps for shoulder flys chest flys bicep cable curls etc

    Just as a reference i am always a size xl on weightlifting gloves and compression clothes you can see in the pictures that the padded part goes just about completely around my wrist and does not completely go around my ankle i am a size 10 in shoes if that helps but that is not necesary because there is padding on the opposite side of the metal part so you will be covered when pulling with it

    Im a pretty average size person 5434 female 160 size 6 and theyre a good fit for me
