Even single player content is locked behind an always online drm. They also have bugs with each release. Why they decide to lock 98 percent of the game behind the licenses is also beyond me.
This gt7 is designed specifically for dual sense controllers and not racing wheels. This game is a huge disservice and stab in the back for any long time gt fan.
Highlights
Quality
They have had some issues with the game at first but since have ironed it out.
Can be played with the standard controller but for the real experience a steering wheel controller is needed.
Packaging/appearance
This new one has a super improvement to graphics on the ps5.
The graphics are amazing on the ps5 i just got setup yesterday!
I bought the 25th anniversary edition disc, put it in the ps5, and it ran some sort of update.
Competitiveness
Bought this version since i didn't have a ps5 at the time of purchase (but had a ps4).
The game looks great on the new ps5 console that took a year to get.
Make sure to watch what codes you put in your ps5 or you may download the ps4 version as well.
It's not all about having the most expensive cars in the world.
