Pros

The quality is very good. It looks terrific, is well made and durable. Love how you can configure it multiple ways. I appreciate the versatility in use.

Anyhoo- product is great! Not bad for the price. With the price-point, it's a steal. The seller is so wonderful to work with.

The look is more boho and really pretty- it’s super sturdy. Although missing parts was frustrating, this set is gorgeous and seems sturdy.

Back cushion is very soft and plush. Back pillows soft.

Cushions are legit (let the back pillows puff for 2 days, you won't regret it) the cushions are nice with plenty of padding. The safavieh rug is also from amazon and so is the polywood adirondack chair.

Cons

Worst customer service and the most inconvenient options to resolve the issue. I am not sure if we got a faulty one, but this is very disappointing. Amazon needs to scout these buyers a bit better.

We ordered the 9-piece set and it came in 3 different deliveries all on different days.

Packaging/appearance

Not too difficult to put together and was very well packed!

The coffee stable glass ships packaged well and i appreciate that it is tempered glass.

(see last photo) these four part arrived in the box in their own separate bag.

It comes packaged in a surprisingly small box for the size of this set.
