Pros

This umbrella & throws a lot of shade on my wooden patio deck where it wasn't practical to install a retractable awning. Works well and enjoy the easy way of rotating the umbrella to get the best possible shade.

Huge, easy to assemble, massively heavy and stable water-filled base. Easy to crank up and down. I'm 77 years old & have to use a step stool to cover the unit which is a little hard but manageable.

Cons

The crank is so hard to turn at the end of opening. The umbrella is nice and the beams are sturdy, but the base doesn't line up with the screws on the umbrella. This cover is way too hard to put on the sail.

We live in virginia and this lasted us 14 months. They also show mold after a year of so of use. No refund or replacement option from the manufacturer.
