The base you fill with water and sand bought some sand and after filling it up realized there are bad joints in the plastic which allows for water to escape with sandy material so that every time i move it from one spot to another it leaks and i have to clean up the floor with those particles of sand and water mixed

My husband said that funneling sand into the base was the worst part of the job simply because it was so tedious

He also said that a second person hmm i must be invisible would have been helpful for the final installation step lifting and mounting the assembled umbrella and umbrella poles on to the base pole

He apologized for any inconvenience and refused to sell us anything insisting instead to fedex us a new assembly at no additional cost to us
