Pros

Flat spring recliner feature limits the reclining distance. Comfortable, and swivel easy. But potential purchasers should understand what they are getting.

Customer service reps. Is exceptional. I'm mostly satisfied, but i think they're asking too much for them. This company is exceptional!

Ball drivers work best for attaching the arms/front seat bar step. During assembly leave fasteners finger tight.

Cons

They rock only slightly. Doable, but stressful. Not well suited to heavy folks (the webbing stretches easily and never snaps back - we're light people, yet they're still deformed after a month.

Buyer beware. Offered $50. Haven't received as of yet.
