The granitestone 8 inch non-stick frying pan has received my wife's enthusiastic approval after its first use. This is a really nice little skillet, perfect for a single person or college student. Heats up evenly and fairly quickly.

It requires virtually no oil and cleans up super easily. Easy to clean and very durable so far. A new broom always sweeps clean.

The versatility of this pan, suitable for induction and other cooktops, is a definite plus in our kitchen. It's perfect for stovetop cooking but should not be used in the oven. The pan is stove & oven safe so more versatility in how it’s used.

The 8-inch size is great for sautéing vegetables, frying eggs and making omelets. My only complaint is that given this is a deep skillet and not a shallow one, i wish a lid had been available.
