Pros

They clean up easily and are surprising light weight. Like the size of the griddle and how easy it is to clean. I use my granite pans more than my super expensive pots & pans.

It holds up very well when cranking the flame to sear a steak, and cools down relatively quickly after being removed from the flame. I use it mainly for bacon, eggs,omelets pancakes tortillas frying cheese and so far it hasn't stuck to anything and ha... Read More

Cons

I also note an odd tendency with gluten free and other products, where they form a crust, even if i don't want one (like pancakes). Would not recommend.
