Pros

Made beef stew, chili, and vegetable soup already. Granitestone lightweight dutch ovens heat up quickly.

Had this as a want on my elfster list for christmas and was blessed with 2. My only two complaints are as follows. There are two things i do not appreciate however, which are worth noting.

This bakes my sourdough loafs beautifully and it isn't heavy lifting into the oven. Great loaves. To be devoured in a flash.

The color is beautiful, and i leave it on my stove for decor. Green is festive and elegant. Still love it though.
