Pros

Granitestone lightweight dutch ovens heat up quickly and only need to be preheated for half the time of a cast-iron dutch oven. It's easy to clean and holding up well. I love that it is lightweight and perfect for my sourdough bread.

This bakes my sourdough loafs beautifully. Made beef stew, chili, and vegetable soup already. Baked great loaves.

Green is festive and elegant. It looks so bright and cheery. I leave it on my stove for decor. It works great for the job and color is just as pictured.

Cons

Trying to use strainer is a chore. Neither the handles or knob on lid are heat proof so have to use pot holders.
