Pros

The 10-in-1 functionality, nonstick feature, and toxin-free materials are all excellent attributes for a cookware product. Perfect for making sourdough bread. Great for potatoes and other things i need to brown where my teflon fails me.

Not as heavy as stoneware but got a great rise out of the first loaf made in it. It is much lighter weight than i expected it would be.

It’s sooooo easy to clean! It is well made and cleans up with just a wipe.

The cobalt is a beautiful color with specs of blue that shines like glitter. The color is beautiful. Beautiful deep blue as pictured.

Cons

Neither the handles or knob on lid are heat proof so have to use pot holders. Trying to use strainer is a chore with small handles so difficult to tip the pot to drain. Will be returning it.
