Pros

This product is so much lighter than most others. Had this as a want on my elfster list for christmas and was blessed with 2. This is perfect. I'm glad that size was offered.

It was quickly become our favorite pot for stocks, pasta, and sautéing anything in general. It even cooks thesautéed items faster & better. Perfect for sourdough bread.

It’s sooooo easy to clean! It is well made and cleans up with just a wipe.

Beautiful deep blue as pictured. Green is festive and elegant. I leave it on my stove for decor.

Cons

Neither the handles or knob on lid are heat proof so have to use pot holders. They get smoking hot quick and are not anywhere near long enough to wear oven mitts. Trying to use strainer is a chore with small handles so difficult to tip the pot to drai... Read More
