Pros

Green is festive and elegant. It looks so bright and cheery.

This bakes my sourdough loafs beautifully. The color is beautiful, nothing sticks to it including melted cheese and baked bbq sauce.

Cons

Neither the handles or knob on lid are heat proof so have to use pot holders. Trying to use strainer is a chore with small handles so difficult to tip the pot to drain.

Don’t know why the green one was so much cheaper.
