Pros

These are the sharpest knives i have ever used. Easy to use, very sharp and easy to clean. These knives are dishwasher safe. They are very sharp.

The knives make prep work a breeze! Combined them with a magnetic knife holder and is now a prominent part of the kitchen.

Cons

The granitestone nutriblade knife is great to use but after about one month the handle split. These knives are very dull. Food sticks to them just like other knives. They dull within a week.
