Pros

Searing can be done on med/ high heat. Heat distribution is great in the pan when using a gas range, although it does tend to concentrate in the center of the pan. Resists the scratches from metal utensoils. No oil saturated foods with these pans.

It's still easy to clean, seems to have an indestructible coating. Washed up very easy. And cleans up easily.



Cons

After a few months of use the pan is no longer amazingly non-stick. I always hate that moment when i accidentally put teflon on medium-high heat for a couple of minutes and realize it has probably degraded the no-stick surface. The metal is pretty thi...  Read More

The bottom is rounded and now does not sit on my flat top stove. It seems flat in the picture and when it's cold, but whennjt heats up the center pops up. Pot and lid are damaged.
